Should load times be removed from the final time of runs?

This is something that applies to FNaF 1 speedruns, where the time spent on loading screens and such are cut out of the final run. I think this should be the case with FNaF 2 speedruns as well. Loading times can vary depending on how good your PC is, so if a WR run has loading times last, say, 4 seconds, and someone else tries to beat it but the loading times take 6 seconds, they literally won’t be able to beat the WR. That’s a little unfair if you ask me.

I was very confused about why it only applies to fnaf one speedruns, if we removed them from the over games, fnaf 2 would probably drop to almost 35 flat and 3 would probably drop below 29

My pc is very medium and i wonder if it's possible to cut loading time of my 36 min run? I lost so many time on the loadings, probably 6 or 7 per loading.
