Hey, I've been a Starfy fan since it was released to the west and I played it as a kid and have been gaining more interest in speedrunning recently. I thought it'd be really cool to speedrun TLS but I lack the coordination to do so in real time and thought of doing trying a TAS run. I looked on the rules and forums here but could not find anything going over which emulators are allowed and if TAS runs are supported. TLDR: I want to do a TAS of TLS but don't know what rules there are for them and what emus I can use.

As of 11/26/2022, all Any% runs will now have there timing end when the screen fades to full white after the mashing sequence in the Mega Mashtooth. All runs that are on the leaderboards have been adjusted to acknowledge this new timing.
