As of right now, there are some inconveniences with our boards that I think could use improvement.
First and foremost, we could really use a different background image for our page. The current one, being low resolution, get's terribly upscaled and has lots of bad compression artifacts.
We could use one of those for instance:
Or really any 1920x1080p image that you can find in a lossless file format. (.png most likely)
On top of that, some of the actual leaderboards are a bit messed up. Most obviously, categories such as co-op or All Music Sheets have the same subcategories as our main categories. So for instance, All Music Sheets has a Specter subcategory when it shouldn't have one, and the co-op categories should not have any subcategories at all.
With the newly introduced Horace categories, I also think we should only have one Horace category and then move the current variations into subcategories of that. So similliar to how we have Any% with Shovel, Plague and Specter subcategories, we should have one Horace category with Armed, Unarmed and NG+ subcategories.
The Horace one is less bad, but I think changing it would make the misc. categories less cluttered. I believe the backgound image and nonexistent categories definitely need changing though.

The first Image up there would probably not be preferable because the main focus will be covered by the boards/whatever the user has open. The second might have the same problem. I do want to have that Image replaced tho tbh.
Yeah, I pretty much just googled "1920x1080 shovel knight wallpaper" and went with the first few results, there are probably better ones out there. Point is that the current one is in terrible quality.
From Yacht Club Point of view ; Shovel, Plague and Specter are 3 different games. So it would make all the sense to have 3 different pages (4 when king gets his release). But i don't know if sr.com would accept it and the biggest issue would be to transfer all the different times to each pages which would be a lot of work i could imagine.
I agree the image should be changed.
As for the subcategories, that's a remnant of speedrun.com and how they set up leaderboards. That's the reason specter has all sheets.
What it would bring though is that it would give the possibility to create dedicated races and also be able to refer correctly our runs through LiveSplit.
