Question Regarding Region Swapping on Console
I recently acquired a copy of the JP version of this game and have been thinking about learning/attempting runs of it. Reading the rules it states modchips as being banned, understandable. However, what is the stance regarding PSXLauncher? The console has no modchip installed and PSXLauncher is only used for loading an out of region disc.
