Game crash on start up

alright so i figure I should elaborate. None of the fixes on any forum out there from the last four years has worked for me. windowed, run as admin, change physx to false, e.t.c. anything out there still crash the game but it's odd cause if i leave the error up long enough the loading just continues until it hits the press anything to continue screen, but even then if i exit out of the error the whole thing shuts down. I recorded it here I was practicing the run and then this happened out of nowhere. I really want to run this game and I don't know where else to turn as nothing else I posted got any attention. Any help is appreciated.
