MiniOmegaKing: In the interest of pushing things in a more sensible direction I'll add you, but I think you should try to sort out a bit with the other moderators. If I recall, I think one or both were added due to substantially inactive moderators of the boards in the past. Setting standards for a relatively inactive community can be a bit ambiguous. If you want to point to this post: Most difficulties should be supported for most games. There are various ways to highlight one over another, such as using subcategories. I added you to all the MGS games except Phantom Pain because it already has 6 mods. The older games seem to be operating somewhat independently as is.

DarQ_Massacres: Moderation seems relatively active enough, and there don't seem to be any apparent problems. Discuss it with them if you want added. All messages in this thread are responded to in order by an admin (shield) or full mod (yellow sword) unless we accidentally miss one.

messenger: I added him back per your other post.

xJackieBx/Zecora_MLP_1: Please just link a thread next time. I'm not reading through all of it, but my generic opinion is that if something related to an online game is one time attainable, it should be considered (not saying required) to split off into a separate category or subcategory to promote fair competition for newcomers. Some games release tons of one time attainable items, so maintaining a list of one time obtainable items might be tedious in some cases. If a board has a substantial amount of runners, consensus is generally the most correct answer. Have a vote or something.

TheBlazedJp: Normally probably wouldn't ban someone for such trivial trolling, but it's spoofing someone's name and you clearly just registered the name to stoke the fire, so go find another account name or something.

The moderator for a game that I run has not done anything since I submitted almost a month ago. I have optimized a lot of the game and have come up with another good category that me and a friend run. http://www.speedrun.com/Vex_2

The mods for Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends for both the SNES and the ZX Spectrum haven't been active in at least a month. One hasn't been active in 6 months. If I could be added as a mod that would be greatly appreciated.

-Thank You!

@strawberrymilk did you try contacting the mods (the 1 month mods)? (y)

Reminder of the first post (or new people that haven't read it yet)~

Please keep in mind that using this thread is somewhat a last resort, in case the current moderators are not responding or refusing your help without justification. You should always start by asking the Super mods of a game/series as they are also able to add mods. Twitch messages to mods are probably best for now.

Moderator inactivity doesn't apply until around 3 weeks, depending on other circumstances, and it is expected that you try to contact them (exceptions may be made if they have been offline ~3+ months.)

I'd like to be a mod for Initial D Street Stage (PSP) - I'm basically the only person left who plays it here, I've sent submissions in, but the only moderator on that specific game hasn't been on in over a month and I've tried contacting them via twitch and on here as well.

I'd like to try and get a player base up and running for it, but it's a bit disheartening when the only mod isn't active, much less responding to messages.

Can admins please make a mod for http://www.speedrun.com/Need_For_Speed_World_-_Offline ? I'm already supermod for the entire NFS game series and I tried contacting the current mods, but they don't answer. Thanks.

@Ewil - Agjents was online 6 hours ago, and has an active Twitter linked to their account. Melwin96 was on 11 hours ago, and has an active Youtube linked to their account. There is also no post by you on their forums in an attempt to contact them.

Mods have the ability to limit series mods, and if they don't allow you on the boards then leave it at that.

Hello, first time posting on the forums. I was just wondering, I submitted a run few days ago and the moderator for Godzilla 2014 ( http://www.speedrun.com/Godzilla_2014#God_of_Destruction_any ) hasn't been online for a few weeks now and I can't seem to find a way to contact the moderator. Sorry to be a pain.

Cheers

I am requesting to be a Mod for the Star Wars Rogue Squadron Series. The Mod for RS is good but the Mod for RS2 and RS3 is often MIA. its been three weeks since he's last signed on to Speedrun.com, over a year and a half since he's submitted a run for any game. I've reached out to him on twitch no response. He has been inactive from there for months if not a year or more.

RS3 in particular needs rules assigned and submission info updated, along with a run of mine to approve.

Hello,

I have sent a mod request to TheKombatKing a week ago for Injustice: Gods Among Us and have not gotten a response nor has he put in my Speed Run for Story Mode. If there are any administrator mods who can respond my request for being a mod for Injustice: Gods Among Us in a short time, I would really appreciate it.

Thank you, peck324 (Speed Run Competitor)

Can something please be done about Destiny mod Zecora_MLP_1 he is still showing "mod elitism" and is forcing others to play at a disadvantage and trying to convince them that it's some how fair. He is allowing 2 people to use unobtainable gear. and is refusing to listen to the 10+ people on the forums that all have said they are unfair.
