Now i can do the replay-rampage thing at the The Party mission. P.S.: I going to try the Anti's run later, because that is a bit hard for me.

You need to approach the robbery store at a specific time after robbing it to make the game not crash. Yes, it is more specific than that. Yes, it is harder than it sounds.

Even if you did everything as correctly as a human can do, there's still a roughly 20% or so the game won't crash and actually do what you want it to. I think that's number taken generously too.

IIRC just press TAB or whatever your key is to buy properties once Tommy walks over the shack marker

What I was adviced to do was setting F4 to "Change Radio" and "Action" and then pressing F4 and F3 a frame after. That works for me it's pretty easy

I try to do the pizza boy trick 10 times in a row but i can't do it perfectly. So if i do the trick ten times but not in a row like in this video, is that good or not?

You are not allowed to fail the Pizza Boy mission. Only after the ten dupes. Since there is no documentation about it we cannot shit on you for not knowing. ;)
