I have a problem with a new mod of the game I planned to moderate (Minecraft dungeons) . Not only is she in-competent she is rude. I contacted her/him via discord with my problems. I was swept away. I made a discord and reddit for speedrunning the game 2 months before the games release and I needed to make a good run for the request. They just finished it first. They only today made a discord and claimed it as official, when I requested we combine servers she denied. She trashed on my rules ideas which where not including load times because they are different for each machine, she didn't listen to me. I made a detailed run set which I sent to her and she just replied no without even reading it. Her discord structure is also way more insufficient, partially because they made it TODAY, and partially because I quote "she is to tired to do it". While she processed to be online for the next couple of hours. Her rule sets and guide are also very mis-informed Regards -agx

@Maltaran - This is a bit of a delicate situation that's hard for us to handle which is why it's taken so long, but I assure you that it has not been forgotten.
@kiraa96 - Gonna give the TF2 moderators a little bit more time to get back to me on this, if they don't then we can add you.
@Associatedfeetballer - If any of the other runners of that game are willing/able to take over as moderators they can request it here and we'll add them, but otherwise there's unfortunately not a whole lot we can do about this.
@AGX - Feel free to send me a private message with proof of any of this, but considering your account is only 4 days old and you have no other activity on the site I have some major doubts here. You also don't meet any of the requirements for becoming a moderator.
@NeGAtiv4k - Adding you to those games as the moderator never got back to me. The TwinBee series is not in need of moderation. Also, in general there's no need to ask for updates here.

Hi, I submitted a speedrun to a board for a game called "So uhhh... A Spaceship Crashed In My Yard" and that was about 3 weeks ago. The only moderator has been offline for about 3 months, I tried contacting him but that was 5 days ago and I never got a response. Will y'all please help verify my run? Honestly I don't want to become a full on mod for the game, I just want my run verified please.

Hi! The mods for a Super Mario Bros. (NES) ROM Hack ( https://www.speedrun.com/petscop_ ) have been inactive for a couple of months. I have had a run for both categories awaiting verification for a month now. I tried contacting a mod but still have not received a reply. I have experience with moderating and also re-timing NES speedruns, so would it be possible if I or another person who moderates a similar ROM hack could be made a mod? I understand that this is quite a small game with not a lot of activity as of late, so I don't mind waiting longer for my run to be verified. Thank you! :)
Hello. I would like to request moderation for XCOM: Enemy Unknown. I has been more than 30 days since my first submission. The only moderator of the game has not logged on for several months and has not responded to off-site contact (~1 week ago). The boards have 2 runs from 2014, with no rules. I believe I can do something about that. Thanks in advance ~calamity
Hi, I am requesting the removal of the moderator Dugglez from the SuperTux leaderboards.
He has been inactive for years, ever since i started speedrunning in october 2018 he has not verified a single run.
When I asked him to remove himself via discord, all of a sudden, he logged into his account (which before, it said last logged in: 5 months ago), verified a run (incorrectly, i know he didn't bother checking enemy cycles because that's the new standard we have, and he left the tux speedrunning discord)
He is also trying to mod someone else on the boards, who isnt supposed to be (Snooz made an application, i went through it with another moderator in the general tux speedrunning community, and we agreed that it would be rejected. The guy i talked with is called SnakeOb btw, he moderates Pingus). He completely ignored that and tried to make him mod (Snooz hasn't enabled email-verification or something so he couldn't be modded).
He has not touched the game in 4 years. He hasn't moderated in about 1-2 years, and the only time he did was about 40 minutes ago, when I reminded him he even had supertux mod in the first place.
I also have proof that i asked him to be removed and he denied to step down himself, because he claims he "jumpstarted" the community... 5 years ago. All he did was submit a few runs and verify a few runs. 5 Years ago. The game has received 2 major updates in that time, to give perspective. If you would like the proof I'm easily accessible on discord :)

Hi there, I'm here to request the removal of one of our super mods for Dead by Daylight. They haven't been online for a long time now, all of it has fallen on me and @sciku (which is no issue). We've tried to contact them a multitude of times, all of it seems to go by unheard. They don't really get on Speedrun. Twitter and Discord contact both went unheard. Inf act, twitter even got set to private and attempts were ignored.
The last time they accessed Speedrun was 6+ months ago. In which they could've taken the time to respond to us, but chose not to. We've been moderating now for a longer amount of time, even before he decided to get back on the site. We were assigned to moderate a year ago or so. We have been trying to contact him during this time, even before we were assigned. And all of that has been unsuccessful.
The mod in question here is Jeser101. Hope you guys can be of help.

We have adjusted the rules starting from today to include loadless times in our runs.
@Samtastic you can do that yourself by checking "Separate load times" in the game settings. Wrong thread.

I'll also try to reach out to the current moderator, but if I'm unable to and you don't wish to become a moderator then there's not really anything we can do here, unless there's somebody else willing/able to moderate that game.

Sorry to come back on this, but 15 days ago @ShikenNuggets advised our request of removal of inactive moderators in the Shantae and the Pirate's Curse leaderboard (https://www.speedrun.com/satpc) was handled. I still see the requested mods are still in place on the board. Can you please confirm?

@ShikenNuggets We will talk amongst ourselves about that before I say yes. They were one of our primary glitch hunters and though they've not been active around here, we do see them active on Twitch here and there. And with the new game, they may become active again, so for now, I'm fine leaving them there unless something happens for the meantime.
