The mods are trying to go through runs and make sure each one has both the hand and the ending number, as those are the rules. If you find one that doesn't, please tell us. We will either retime it based on our approximations or remove it. The game runs at 60 fps so it is optimal to record it this way. For videos at frame rates lower than this, we will look at the slowest possible time it could be in 60 fps. For example, a run could be one frame ahead due to it being at 30 fps, but their recording software missed a frame at the beginning. This would have a frame added to the time. This should remove any incentive to record at lower frames. Thanks.
