I wanted to know how to become admin or mod for the website? Because I have got nothing to do all day and the games I moderate don't really get runs and I juse want something to do in the day.

There are staff applications https://www.speedrun.com/staffapplication but I don't think the site is currently looking for any additional staff (except maybe coders) so I wouldn't expect anything to come of it if you submit an application right now.
