Passed the wad to Krim who looked into it, when compared to previous iQue any% runs it's apparent that this is a 1.0 inject with a language mod.
iQue file select vs wad inject the anon linked:

Waste of time, not a true dump of 1.2CHI (iQue)
WAD provided by anon was tested inside a VM for safety just incase there's something shifty in that file. Do not waste your time with this.
It's not lol. Arabic translates to "will be terminated" according too googleeee and he gives a date I'm assuming 4/18/18
