I think a runner who is known WITHIN A CERTAIN GAME can be afforded trust. For instance, I run Infamous. I guarantee you none of the mods for that game watched my latest 3 1/2 hour PB in full, but there's a good possibility they watched my first 4 1/2 hour PB from almost a year ago in full. They've all come to my stream at one point or another too, so they know that if I submit a time that's reasonable for me, it's probably gonna get rubber-stamped. If I claim rekky (which, lel), maybe I get a bit more scrutiny.
