Hey guys,

Recently have become interested in this game as it was a childhood favorite. Was just wondering what the major differences are between languages in the ways of time. Are there major saves over English for Japanese? In addition, in order to grab an NTSC-J PS3/games, do you have resources that you used to originally obtain them? Or was it more just using ebay/random ecommerce sites?

Ps3's are not region locked. So your ps3, assuming you have one, will work

Oh, I was not aware of that. Looks like research has done me wrong.

PS2s are, however, region-locked, so if you're looking to play one of the older versions of the games in Japanese, you'll need a Swap Magic device or a Japanese PS2 (or some other region unlocking method). Most games do have region differences though, and that's something I'd love for us to surface more clearly in the game pages themselves. Try checking out the forums of the individual games (usually separated by region) in order to learn more!
