Wanted to chime in after watching the Awful Block run by Mike Uyama. The PAL Mega Drive version runs at the developer intended speed, where the NTSC Mega Drive and Genesis versions are much faster than they're supposed to be during gameplay. This affects RTAs.

Would you suggest that we create separate categories for PAL and NTSC versions?
