Are you required to have audio for a game speedrun of the game 16 star? I'm using Project 64. Also, I was wondering why Project 64 wasn't allowed with the later versions of it.
EDIT: Found out why P64 wasn't allowed. Does anyone know where to find version 1.6 or lower?

Open LiveSplit, right-click the timer and choose "Edit Splits" then edit them to you're liking
