I didn't see this emulator in the rules, so is it okay to use for a speedrun?

I had already done some tests in this emulator and the game does not work on 1P/2P Mode (There is a black screen with the music playing normally). And on VS Mode a very strange bug appears.

If you have a way to make the game work on the SNESGT please let us know.
