It's been quite a few days that the lbs (except celeste one) appears like that on my phone and it seems like it's not only me, anyone know if it'll be fixed or smth ?

It's a reported bug. Right now in portrait mode on mobile devices, the RTA times don't show. But the leaderboards in landscape mode look fine.

Is it only RTA ?

Because the image I linked is a game (mirror's edge) timed with IGT, not RTA

The leaderboard of Mirror's Edge is set up with "Time with loads" and "Time without loads", and they are classified as RTA times. Whether or not the game actually has an in-game timer, is irrelevant here.
