Standard everything but any character
Since Everyone uses Waluigi/DK/Roy,Biddy/Scooty,Rollers and Paper Glider we should make a change
Yes there is a meta, but that is ok. Every game has a meta, just as optimal strats are always optimal. This is the most well-balanced Mario Kart game by far compared to any other I know much about, besides. Case in point: https://www.speedrun.com/mk8dx/run/yj1x5e7y is still 11th with a "very bad" combo.
