Obviously that's a decision for the site's admins, but auto deleting runs on banning is a bad idea imo. Just because a user gets themselves banned from the site for something doesn't mean their runs are automatically illegal or rule breaking. They could have perfectly valid runs, but get banned for being abusive in the forums. That wouldn't warrant a deletion of their valid runs.
If a run is rule breaking then it's up to the game's moderators to remove that run. And in the case of a run being rule breaking like that, a moderator should have never have approved the run in the first place. Sounds like w/e game you're referring to has a moderation issue as opposed to a banned user issue.
