also, it should be possible to blow it up straight away after cutscene, but it needs really good timing and aiming. should be useful for segmented, though
That seems like it could be super helpful if someone learned it and got good with the strat.
I wonder if the guys car in Tanker Commander works the same way? You can blow the car up before you drive to the truck depot and the cut scene of them crashing into the gas station doesnt play IIRC.

Nice find! However, it takes 3 shots to blow up.
It happens because Voodoo's gas tank location (at least in game's view) is right where number plate is. Each gas tank shot inflicts 1100 damage to a car and since Voodoo has 3000 health in this mission, it takes 3 shots to blow it up (which is seen in the video).
