Yeah, 1 CC is your first 3 lives. It was implemented to prevent people from using death abuse from doing large skip out of bounds glitches and other problems that might come up.
It is being brought up in discussion. We will rule on it when we have a consensus. Worst case I'll bring it up in the BMU Discord if no one can agree.
