I haven't seen that before, however I'm afraid you can't get to the next hallway after the lobby area from there, so it's useless. Nice find though, and if that worked on the other side, I believe Wernicke skip would be possible. I will test it though.

No, you can get to the exact place with a door hop, there's no way to get on the walls, they are just a little bit too high, not to mention the lobby walls, which are even higher.

This particular way of doing it is new, but that OoB area isn't. Walls are extremely high in key areas throughout the underground lab. If you can manage to do the same with the really tall walls, then we might have something. Otherwise the lab is still locked up tight.
