Eh. Not complete? No. Not fully optimised to within a fibre of its being? Yes. Besides some unclear level instructions (tell me the first thing you did when you saw the tree was capture a wisp of the colour not currently being sucked in and throwing it in), frankly bullshit level design (the last level where there is the stairs after the bell and there is a sawblade which you almost always get hit by besides standing on the very edge) and slightly buggy gimmicks (the eye thing where you have to not get seen), this is basically functional. I bet if there is at least one function or more that was in beta somewhere else on speed run that is a category. Anyway, that's my thoughts.
I won’t work on it as I first want to go below 20 minutes on main island and I expect the forest world will change a lot in the next release. But if some people have runs to submit for the forest world I can open the category.
I did do one once. I tried to do one today, and it seemed much faster, but I lost it on that last level with the cameras. I reckon it would be possible sub-20 minutes.
i checked forest world, in 0.5.1 version, tower is damn hard. currently I stopped at level about name "two tiny towers" - so add fuck enemies that I'm not sure if anyone is tested - When you go to the top of the tower, have 2 platforms and.. 3 birds with a bomb. can't avoid them without losing live. it is difficult to hit, if at all.
