I was wondering whether it was possible to expand the categories for Century Smash for each character instead of simply having a one-time-per-runner kind of deal, as characters have a different set of moves and some characters may be objectively faster than others at clearing the mode. I haven't done much of Century Smash myself yet and have only used Zelda so far, but I'm seeing a LOT of Rosalina, Bowser, and Lucina on the leaderboard. This would promote playing more runs with each character instead of heavily suggesting to new runners that there are specific characters that should be used.

I imagine having 80ish tabs for the Century Smash page would be a big disgusting mess, so maybe the CS records could go next to the two for Classic 0.0 and Classic 5.0 on the "level" leaderboards to put the three more original single-player modes next to each other.

Where in that thread is there anything about having records for other characters? I see stuff about 2p and co-op and whatnot, but that's different than what the OP is asking.

Also I think there could be a total time category where a poster provides a video where they scroll over every character. The total time is visible, but having the video would help prevent fakes (hopefully).
