RIP I accidentally used an emulator

I spent like an hour and 28 minutes doing a "speed"run of this game but then I found out emulators don't count. I guess I need a capture card now..

England

Or just play PC version??

Yeah, PC is way faster

eh next steam sale isn't for like 2 months but it doesn't matter that much

England

The game is 10 dollars.

If you're not willing to spend that to play the best version, but you're willing to buy a capture card to play an inferior version then I don't even know what to tell you.

What makes you think his PC wouldn't be able to run the PC version if he's been playing on emulator? Emulation typically takes more CPU strength and resources than playing the same game on a native version, because there's more legwork involved in running an emulated game on a foreign system.

I did the same thing with Animal Crossing. Sucks when it happens.

You can run the game all you want on emulator, it just wont go up on the leaderboard. If you want to spend 2 months practicing on EMU while you wait for the steam sale, go for it, it's not like we'll ban you for that, nothing is off limits with practice.
