Not to be confrontational, but isn't it redundant to say that all new submissions must be on the latest version and also state that : "Major glitches from past patches like Quickswapping & Table Tech glitches are banned."

Not really, you wanted clarification and so i clarified. This is just to inform about past runs that already might be submitted. Like the ones you had. Also archiving isnt really a thing on speedrun.org it seems.
