In Any% do you have to do the parks in the order Jurassic Park, The Lost World: Jurassic Park, Jurassic Park III, Jurassic World or do you just have to beat every level as fast as possible?

The order doesn't matter. Do them however you see fit. The main thing is that you beat every park.
