Power-ups are strange, sometimes when you fail a level, you start with mooshroom, but if Mario get hit, he dies immediately.
This also happens when you select a level. I can record a movie, if you want to take a look at it.
Hmm - so when I load the rom onto my powerpak, it just shows a black screen - loading the same rom into FCEUX emulator works fine - with the chasing somewes intro :)
It takes a little longer to load than a normal game... then just blackness

Would to there be away to switch to sockmode while paused as to not interfere with xspeedsubpixels? And also framerules are broken for me. 539 used to be the BBG framerule, but now it doesn't work, and I can't find it.
So I was wrong about the frame thing, but here is how the framerules are off:
Both are framerule 539, but the patterns are entirely different. 539 was the framerule that we use for BBG.
The mappers I have installed are from the "Ultimate Mappers" file, which I thought had all of the current 135b2 mappers. I am not sure if there is anything else in that set that would cause it not to work. I will try to reload just the 135b2 mappers and see what happens.
EDIT: It seems even though it showed the current mappers on the powerpak, there was something causing it to not work with what I had installed. Now that I loaded just the 135b2 file, it is working. Thanks
suggestion, could you add x subpixel speed counter in the fpg rom cause its hard to adjust with knowing what it is
