inspired by the best music thread, i'm interested to hear what are your favorite quotes of all time in games? I'll start with some personal favorites:

"What in the goddamn.." (Benny, Fallout: New Vegas)
"What's Tibetan for RPG?" (Nathan Drake, Uncharted 2: Among Theives)

"War never changes" ~ Fallout 4 "So long gay Bowser" ~ Super Mario 64 "Looking for someone?" ~ Poptropica, Ghost Story Island "Spider Toad. Spider Toad." ~ Super Mario 63 "Everyone knows there are no secret passages in Peach's Castle" ~ Super Mario 63 There's many others from SM63 but it's been a while since I've read them.
I like lot of quotes from the old-ish Mardek RPG series. For example:
"I am viewing my chat log!" "Oh no! It's an unrelated plot monster!" "It's locked tight. No amount of shouting at it or insulting its mother will cause it to open." ~ Door "I only kill a guy if he killed me first!"
The game: "Are you ready?" Player: "Yes" The game: "You are not ready at all, you liar"
There are lot of others quotes which I don't remember right now, from games that are making fun of themselves in terms of story and narration point of view. For example: The Stanley Parable, Dude Stop, There is no game.
Some more iconic ones:

I need to play them again to remember more but VasantJ's Medieval Cop series has a ton of great ones. I'm gonna slightly fudge some of them.

Also the wheatley in TF2 voice lines.
