Does anyone know a way to screen record on either ds or 3ds for free? Or is it only possible with a capture card? Any responses are appreciated!

DS: Capture card only 3DS: You can wirelessly boradcast it to computer with hombrew software, but is only for 3DS games. If you want to do a DS game on a 3DS, you have to do a capture card.

So if you are talking about screen recording Pokemon Conquest: Either way, you will need a capture card, or use an emulator if they are allowed.
