We have scripts to do this or you can edit the runs manually, it looks like someone handled it.

Mavik: Just use the game request form and request a series and then also a game. The game request form has a notes field now.

Can the 2 Pokemon Mystery dungeon games without runs be moved into Pokemon series? They are currently in Mystery dungeon series, and I think it's sloppy as hell to have some in one place and some another.

Ideally they would be in both but this is not a site functionality at the moment as is my understanding. So I think it's best to move the ones without runs (or rules in Super's case), as that would be less messy (I also consider them pokemon games first, but that is a subjective matter)

@werster i have seen this request somewhere else before but it was the other way around http://www.speedrun.com/The_Site/thread/63nr7/24#ua4jn Maybe you guys should sit around a table to see where they should belong for now (without double series if that gets implemented). (but imho the normal wiki says its a pokemon spin-off so i would personally go for moving to pokemon)

Yes, we have done that trollbear. Halqery brought that up without any consultation, and his total moderation in almost every regard has been put into question. I've brought this up with the pokemon mystery dungeon group, along with series mods before making the post, with no disagreements. I can see how it looks messy, I just didn't really want to bring any issues to the front at all

Since creating additional games in the opposite series as a predecessor to the argument is not a good basepoint for the discussion, I'll just move them. If discussion warrants moving them to Mystery Dungeon, I'm fine with that, but I haven't seen that discussion. I might recommend setting up a few game moderators from the community and disconnecting it from the series for now. It would probably operate better managed by users who run it.

Just found this during setting up the series - http://www.speedrun.com/cprebuilt needs to be added to http://www.speedrun.com/corpse_party

@Kirk: Yeah that's kinda how it's always worked, give mod to the people that run it. Hal was only demodded for being terrible at his job (acting with no consultation, self-verifying false times, making up shit, power hungry, etc), every person who applied for mod got it. It isn't really disconnected from main Pokemon community at all (group is in the same discord, I run the games, several other runner overlap into main series also), so there is really no reason for it to be split

Really upset to see this when I got home. I entirely disagree with who rejected it.

Bloons TD has 2 games in its series currently (but only 1 ran). The Bloons series I planned on making has 16 games. I don't want to show up and ruin what they've created.

My argument when making the request was that it would be similar to the many Mario series. Super Mario, Paper Mario, Mario Sports, etc. This holds true with this series as well.

Perhaps a solution to this would be to make the Bloons series all ONE series, but have me the mod for the series with the current 3 Bloons TD mods as mods for all Bloons TD games, until they show interest in the classic Bloons games. Thoughts on this idea?

This is essentially what I said, isn't it? I don't really see how you're opting to be upset and entirely disagreeing with me. >_>;

I asked you to contact them and try to have some discussion and maybe reach a consensus.

You ignored the latter part of that sentence.

I'm still asking you to go discuss it with the moderators. From what I'm gathering, they don't play your games and you don't play theirs, so to choose one side to moderate a series "above" the other with no discussion, someone's gonna be mad.

Then what's the problem with splitting the series like I initially suggested!?!? There are enough Bloons games to warrant a split. If I gotta get others to back me up on this, I will do it.

Dear Admins, I recently submitted the game Drawn to Life and the series it belongs to (also just named Drawn to Life). However, there is already a Drawn to Life game listed on this site (http://www.speedrun.com/Drawn_to_Life_The_Next_Chapter). I just wanted to make sure the game I submitted and the game already listed both go under the same series, Drawn to Life. I hope its okay to have the game and series share the same name. If that is going to cause issues, you could call the series "Drawn to Life series" to help differentiate between the series and the game. Hope this clears anything up. Sorry if I wasn't clear when I submitted. Cheers, nathantah :)

I asked another admin to handle Jumpyluff's situation.

nathantah: Game and series can have the same name, just not the same abbreviation.
