Would the NTSC filter in Nestopia be allowed?

I was wondering if the NTSC filter in Nestopia would be allowed, I found it makes the game run smoother for me and I just really like the look. I apologize if this has been asked and answered a lot but I figured I should make sure before doing any runs with it

Mexico

I am pretty sure cause the only thing that changes is the sound, width, and the FPS It looks like you're from USA, do you have a PAL console and want to run with emu?

I'm using an NTSC version of the game but I was wondering if the filter in Nestopia that makes the game look like it would on an old CRT screen would be allowed to be submitted and verified. For some reason it makes the game run smoother for me. Kind of like what the NES classic has with it's "CRT" filter.

The game appears to run normally from a quick test I did, so I think it should be fine.
