You can use the practice rom, I don't think that will help with your problem. Plus, I don't think there's any rom that can help you with that.
Probably for 10 Walljumps, but I've heard that he's gonna make a 100 Walljumps category for fun lol (not gonna official obviously)
@WolfAttacK There is a SMB1 category extension "10 Walljumps". You can figure out yourself what is the goal.
