Would it be possible to add Bree% and Shire% categories, much like the Ered Luin% already on the board? As in, Bree/Shire% is finished when you complete all deeds there.
Some thoughts after doing a run of f2p 1-10 w/ prologue -

There needs to be rules added for intervention from other players. I was tempted to have a max level just mob tag and get me to 10 right after the intro but I think that goes against the spirit. Some encounters with players are inevitable, as random people will be leveling - but it should be kept to a minimum

With regard to looted items, there should be a rule that either all looted items are fair game or no looted items are.

For 1-10, any fellowshipping should be against the rules. Fellowship runs should be a separate category (but I don't think anybody would do it so probably not worth the effort)

For vip leveling runs, it would be fun if all account items and store items were allowed, other than valar/level skips. It would be a nice difference between the f2p run if VIP could have a 78% mount with 200% xp right out of the gate for super fast runs.

(for leveling speedruns) VIP runs in general should be considered non-competitive, as it could be the 100% exp weekend which would obviously skew non-weekend runs. Obviously this isn't relevant for things like minas tirith%
Also I'd be happy to help moderate/review runs if you want a second pair of eyes. I spread some interest to the category to people on Arkenstone so I'm guessing more runs will be coming in soon.
