It's only .18 slower than wr (at my best time of 5.50) and it is consistent. You jump onto the fence then when you jump off aim straight for around 1/3 of a second then turn towards the pillar. The baddies' bullets should collide and kill both! :)

that is somewhat similar to the route that was used in the record... however pretty much all routes are similar

Found another one for 1-13. It's significantly slower than the standard strats though.
