Hello,
I am starting with speedrunning on Portal 2, single player. I made yesterday my first run : https://www.speedrun.com/portal_2/run/m357l46y
It is using the container ride save with the 4:41.13 offset for the livesplit timer.
I am not sure if this offset only applies for real time or for game time ? Because in my run, it seems it only applied for real time. So my run is actually finished in 2h 39m 20s + 4m 41.13s = 2h 44m 1.13s of game time.
And by the way, time submitted in the category are real or game time ?
Last question, do you know how to add this missing 4:41.13 to the game time of my first run in livesplit ? Now my runs with game time comparison start at 4:41.13, in the previous run it started at 0.
Thanks for your responses.
I manually edited the .lss file with this python script for the missing 4:41.13 in all the splits of my run :
