Is there any reason why there's video required to submit a run on the board but the super mod has a run on the board with no video? Seems a bit off that other users have to submit video footage but SM can submit a time without proof.

No, you didn't need to change it as it should be the standard. I can submit proof for my run but if runs are submitted, they should have video proof.

Do i need a new file for the runs?

Yes. You can't redo the league from the starting rank once you complete it.
