I noticed for for all of the 100% / 144 pokemon runs, the rules says changing system clock is allowed. I understand that this is used for resetting cd on underground but how do you get it to update? Whenever I change time nothing happens.

I don't know if it resets underground I thought it was for getting Aerodactyl or something

Aerodactyl is gotten from the underground, and okay, I didnt know if maybe I was doing something wrong

It doesn't seem to reset underground and I totally spaced out and forgot that the underground is the way to get Aerodactyl.
