Boss Rush?
Why not use the Virtual Battle Machine for a boss rush category? The Boss Battle or Vellumental Battles or both would be interesting to run.
why not just make it all 3 categories into 1, and also scuffle island?

That's fair, Mr Pickel, just push all the individual level speedruns into a single speedrun using real time, and another category for scuffle island.
