Me and my friends are looking to make a segmented video a bit like this but i cant find and software to segment the run? please help

when i am trying to speedrun Invention 2 i spend a lot of time loading the next level restricting the time i can get and giving me and other people with bad PC's a disadvantage would it be possible to not count the loading time, some how?
