yo kefka! i remember submitting pitch perfect to mwsf this year actually, i don't think it got in but i didn't really expect it to lol. i definitely don't have perfect pitch or anything close to it but i've been playing music for a while. i started running this earlier this year just out of curiosity, but i quickly realized i was getting close to wr, and eventually got the 19:10. i'm still really happy with that time since it beat insaneintherain's run that stood at the top for like two years or something, but theon just absolutely murdered the category out of nowhere. sub 19 is already stupid difficult on its own, let alone an 18:4x.

first of all, we've already had in-depth discussions about Wii Play CE in the discord. cedrik has talked to speedrun.com content mods, who have said that there's a very low chance of a CE for Wii Play being accepted. as such, it would have been far more convenient if you'd just have posted this in the #wii-play channel in the discord, but alright I guess? here are my thoughts on these categories

1. Tanks 2 loops: Beat loop 1 of tanks and then clear (5/10/20/50/100) Missions in loop 2. Time ends when "Mission complete" is visible on the mission you need to clear

decent idea, although i think it may make more sense to just have a Tanks Platinum IL

2. All Games Co-op: Play all games on 2P mode. Timing rules still apply from all games NG+.

i tested this out a while ago and it does have potential since 2 player rules are quite a bit different from 1 player

3. Find Mii Co-op: Clear as many rounds of Find Mii (2p Mode) within the ingame time limit. Your time is based upon the level you are on when the timer reaches 0.

4. Max%: This is a long one. First, you need to Start from a new file, which means all data must be deleted before the run starts. Here's the list of clear conditions: a. Complete all games in new game b. Get a platinum medal on all games c. Complete all 99 levels on Find Mii d. Complete all 30 levels on Pose Mii e. Complete all 100 Missions on Tanks Time ends when the final condition is cleared. Notes: Condition A is always first, as you are starting from a new game, but you can do the other 4 in any order. Here's the timing end triggers for them Platinum: Time ends when the platinum medal completed message is visible Find Mii: Time ends when you hear the ding on the final level. Pose Mii: Time ends when "Awesome!" is visible after completing the final level. Tanks: Time ends when "Mission Complete" is visible on the final level.

this idea already exists, and it's called "Highest Achievements". Highest Achievements is basically the exact same idea as what you've suggested; the only difference is you can simply start from a fresh Mii instead of wiping your entire save file.

5. Pose Mii: Clear all 30 levels of Pose Mii. Same timing applies for Pose Mii condition, above.

pose mii usually doesn't have much variation as far as speed of completion, but because of the longer form of this category, I could see this working. however, I have no clue where you got the idea that there are 30 levels of pose mii, as there are only 16

6. (optional, if cyberscore does not have these) High score runs: The timer is based upon the final score at the end of the chosen game.

cyberscore has these, although the credibility of cyberscore's verification methods is questionable

I don't know about that, that may be "Lose all Games". yeah that was the original name for the category, but it doesn't really make much sense since losing a game implies that there's some sort of competitive aspect, which very few singleplayer Wii Play games have. "NG-" is mostly a joke but it's more direct so I don't really see a problem

i'm guessing they probably think you're trolling based on your previous actions, but if there's nothing suspicious about the video, which there isn't, there's no doubt that it's a real speedrun. faking that sort of thing would be even harder than doing it legitimately. timmys will be timmys, but if it's on the leaderboard, they can't do shit about it ¯_(ツ)_/¯

yeah im not doing this relay, i honestly cannot deal with this shit anymore. i'd love to do a relay but not for the time being, hmu when it's actually being organized in a remotely functional way
