Thanks for informing us. After checking the way this site handles categories, it looks like it just took the Any% ruling and then pasted that in, then put the "collect all emeralds" thing at the bottom. We'll look into this.
Hey all!
The submissions for this marathon will be on a Google Doc file at: https://goo.gl/forms/2QcSXVCOtcESlGuK2 if you are all interested. We will be hosting the marathon between the dates of May 18th 1800UTC and May 19th 1800UTC (maybe a bit over if there's enough submissions!)
We hope to raise money for Prince's Trust to raise money and awareness to mental health over at Mental Health Awareness Week.
There's no limits to submissions, so submit away! But be sure to join our discord as that is our only way of contacting the runners. Thank you all and hope to see you in the discord!
Hello everyone,
As of the 31st of January 2018, the rules for submitting runs has changed so that all runs must be done on the most recent version of the respected category (which at the time of writing this is 2.1.20). Hope you all get on with the change, the previous runs done on lower versions will be kept on the site as they were done way before this rule change was implemented but future runs being submitted on those versions will be rejected.
Thanks all and get running!
These haven't been added yet as we are trying to make contact with the mods of the game to have them added here. There is a board already at http://records.srb2.org/ where the original mods of the page have held the IL boards so if needed, you can submit there. In the meantime, there's no point adding if they aren't communicating back and they've made every effort to keep that page running as well as they could which indicates they don't want a shift in leaderboards.

If you google the game it comes up with a few variations of the game but what Silo Simon posted is the most reliable I'd say. At some point I wanna do a cleanup of this page as most of what's here was implemented before I was a mod
Not the biggest fan of this lmao but can't see it being all that useful, the way you gain speed on the PC version is building less towers for lag management so idk how this would affect that
Fair enough, I thought you were asking just for asking's sake and not because there's people who were wanting it :P There's a lot of instances of people wanting boards for games on random game versions for the "free WR" mentality
You realise you can list them but the mods aren't listing them because people literally aren't playing them on those consoles because they're slow? I feel that answers the "why" in the simplest of manners, I get what you're saying but this isn't an encyclopedia for DOOM, it's just a catalogue for Speedrun's pertaining to it.
Hello everyone,
This event went really well in my eyes, we got quite a nice turnout and a lot of people took the time to support the runners and even the charity!
I hope everyone had a great time with this event and I hope to see you all in May where we hope to run the next event. See you all there :)
Hello everyone, the schedule for FTS Winter17 has finally been decided, follow the link to see what we have planned: https://horaro.org/fts/ftsw17
Coming soon! We just need to confirm all the runners can do it first and then it will be up soon
Hello all! We've now chosen the runners for the event, but don't worry as we are keeping submissions open for anyone willing to be a backup runner until the day of the event. If you wish to submit then please use this link: https://goo.gl/forms/qRaSX6KQpg6imrCs2
Regarding the date change, the marathon will now take place at 1800UTC on the 24th of November until 1800UTC on the 25th of November. Thank you all and we can't wait to see you on the day!
Hey Zippy, we got around to adding that! At the time of adding I knew there wasn't really all too much of an interest in people doing RTA runs of this but this should (hopefully) be fine! If there's any issues please let us know :)
I still hate how ass it looks on IE 6, but the fact you guys actually did something to make it look better on IE 6 is impressive and I wasn't quite ready for it. Also no Irn Bru flags for us Scots, who do you think you are?
Brutal enough? /s
Hello everyone!
We're going to be hosting a marathon in support of a charity helping with AIDS and HIV out in South Africa, the charity page is here if anyone wants more information regarding it: http://www.gnhct.com/ and also for the site regarding the work that happens in the UK: http://www.gnhct-uk.com/
The marathon will be taking place November 24th at 1800UTC, we hope to get enough submissions to make it into a 24 hour marathon but that's where we need your help!
The submission page to our marathon is here: https://goo.gl/forms/7mjXpIBqV7Pt6jiT2 In there we have the link to the discord which I highly advise joining just to keep up with any last minute changes.
And lastly, could we ask that everyone partaking this event share it with friends and co speedrunners? It would help us a lot and the money will be going to a good cause.
Thank you everyone and hope to hear from you all soon.
Well if you're just learning and don't know the movement yet then I probably wouldn't start with UV-Speed as you'd get wrecked constantly and wonder why. Probably best to learn the routing in ITYTD and work from there.
Dunno how much it'll help. I've just been looking at guides where they're available and if I can't find any then I just watch runs and do them in time attack until I get them down :) Learning it slowly but surely. Hopefully this will help and welcome!
Yeah that was what I was thinking; to have the threshold run so high up that it wouldn't compete with any run with proof. And yeah, we'd have to keep the other runs grandfathered in but other than that it should be all right :) Thank you both for commenting opinions.
