I tried to optimize this run by setting up more lvl 1 woodcutters to increase the production early to be able to build more. One skip I discovered by accident was the Elias cutscene. If you are spamming [Esc] it'll not appear on screen, and you dont have to FF again. I rang the bell before the second firewood dilivery, so that I'm having enough gold for the outpost.
