After a lot (well a lot is subjective), of attempts and bad Akuma and EDDY RNG (Every other second 4 wiffs bcz of his animation). I finally had good Akuma RNG.

There is a lot of improvement tho I scuffed it quite a bit and was close to quitting before Akuma but the RNG on akuma was just that good.
