Help on emulator frame timings
I was advised to ask the SMB community for help or perhaps point me towards another community on an issue related to frame based timing, in this case with Genesis games running on Bizhawk. Requirements for High-Level Any% Runs
Any% (NTSC) runs below 4:57.000 must now fulfill additional requirements in order to be verified.
