Mod Note - Added IGT for new board setup

2nd attempt at an Artifact run went better than the first, but can still be improved, shooting for sub 50 on this one

-Messed up the code at the end D: -Apartments can go better if I remember to store the photo tank on the way up -I lost a ton of time trying to get the first key because previous pb got 2nd try prompt -Little time saves in other places
