Get 1 XP from Peephole before you sell the Beretta Pistol to the businessman, purchase the Lone Star badge and head straight to Caryards. The Zip Gun is fairly awful but you can't take damage in the Gang Member fight, and if you killed a Peephole, you'll get 3 karma for Firearms 3. From there, you clear the Arena through the Troll Decker. Afterwards, the route is generally the same as any%, except it doesn't grab the Wired Reflexes or Uzi, and it clears three additional computers.
