I would want to use a "hacked" version of the game, which doesn't modify the game in any way, it only gives the premium for free. I don't want to spend money to have unlimited lives.

I think thats just called Piracy and Id have to think about it. However, if I had to make a decision right now id say its allowed as long as the only thing you have modified is the fact you have unlimited lives now.

For your lives on the normal game, I have no tricks for that. Meanwhile for the ads, I suggest turning airplane mode on.
