Hi, I've recently returned from a year hiatus of attempting this game and I'm trying to go for the WR for contender Von Kaiser. I have the strategy down, he just isn't throwing a second jab fast enough. He seems to always throw his second jab normally at 2:48 or 2:49 but he doesn't seem to whenever i do the speed strat. I'm thinking its cause I'm doing it too slow and its cancelling the trigger. Am I correct?

After countering Kaiser's first punch with a right jab and then buffering a left hook, your next right jab which Kaiser is supposed to dodge needs to be delayed by at least 1 frame. The other dodged right jab does not need to be delayed.
