As the new rules have been given a lot of backlash, this is a thread where you can give feedback on what you think should change what should change etc.
NOTE: Attacking or harassing anybody here will not be tolerated and you will be reported as this behaviour has been prevalent elsewhere.

Click Counter for top runs, i think it's important to make sure autoclickers aren't being used, and it's very simple to set up anyway

All povs for WRs, although this rule is not as popular, it's very reasonable and it helps others see exactly what route was done in the wr, and forces runners to upload instead of just chilling and being carried.

Full session, it makes sense to see the skill of top runners, and it's not too hard to upload the raw file to youtube anyway, just takes a while.

In game Audio, I think this rule makes sense for all chapters, but for single maps it's just useless and stupid, and it's incredibly stupid if a 24th place run has click counter is in the video but if there's no in game audio the run gets rejected. This is not as important but, the culture of this community has always been to slap on music to a run for viewers to enjoy, no one wants to watch a run with normal in game audio that's boring lol

Allowing manual double clicking, this is just plain stupid, a software double clicker and a "manual double clicker" does effectively THE SAME THING. Either allow all types of double clicking or none. Manual double clicking is complete bull and unfair to those with a mouse that can't. A software double clicker would even out the playing field, or banning all types of double clicking outright would also even it out. And no, not all mouses can "manually double click" fyi. I think allowing all types of double clicking would be interesting, but that's up to the mods to decide, IT NEEDS TO BE DECIDED THOUGH.

The ping rule, this rule is terrible, it's just too much with already the amount of excessive rules there are. Imagine this. After 60 hours of streaming and grinding, you get a 1:10 house!! You have your full session on stream, your hand cam, in game audio all the way up, your cursor, and of course your click counter showing that you manually double click (Because no one is getting a 1:10 without "manual double click." It is completely clear that you did not splice, since you have your in game audio and full session to prove it (plus you were streaming), and it is completely clear that your clicking is legit because of the click counter and click sounds to prove it was you clicking and not an autoclicker. But oh no!! Your ping was not there. BY RULE this run would be rejected, even though if this run was achieved at any other time, it would be considered more than legit. The ping rule does effectively nothing, it's just a waste of space.
P.S. Fix and organize the rules, they look incredibly overwhelming for new players.

It is quite literally impossible to disallow this, as some mouses have manufacturing issues that can cause them to double-click manually without software even if not intended. Not every single runner has access to a hand cam so you can't monitor what mouse the runner is using either. Even then, the idea of banning certain mice is still unfair because a mouse is a mouse and if it's being used as it's intended (just using the mouse with zero software to increase the abilities) I don't see the point in it being banned. For example, if mice that have manual double-clicking capabilities such as any Corsair mice or any Red Dragon mice were banned runners like, me, Kol, and even Adam himself (just to name a few) would have to go out and buy a new mouse just to run this specific game.

As for my opinion on the other rules:
The click counter rule is fair, but the counter used is extremely buggy as it can randomly freeze and skip frames and even register a click as 2 instead of 1 even if it was a single click, and for people like Venom who are less fortunate with their hardware it can be difficult to run the game and the click counter alongside each other and also have OBS running to show the click counter on screen. If an alternate (less buggy and less hardware consuming) click counter was found I think this rule would be much more foolproof.
All POVs for WRs just speaks for itself, it shouldn't be hard to understand why it's a rule and it's completely fair.
Full Session is also a very good rule to have in place but there are some hiccups revolving around it, some runners may not be able to record for long periods of time due to storage and hardware limitations (meaning they use a less powerful recording software). So in my opinion this rule is a bit of a hit-and-miss in certain aspects.

@barh @SG_masterpigman You both bring up pretty good points and here's the changes we're going to make
1: Removing full session, Even though here you say that the rule is useful and decent we've decided to remove it as its not as necessary as other rules in helping determining the legitimacy of a run
2: For in-game audio we're removing it only if you use a click counter, if you use audible clicks you'll still have to use it, the rule is not useless as it helps in detirming splices, yes you can splice single map runs and its not very hard either so it is very useful but if you're using a click counter you have to include meters and pixels and its almost impossible to splice with those
3: As for the ping rule, We're putting that on hold and removing that temp until a more convenient way is found to show the ping, again this rule is not at all useless it helps a lot with determining the legitimacy of a run as you can first check click delays for audible clicking if someone is faking them, secondly with odoplus you can check release times of grabs, imagine if a someone is using a program where it works the same as a double clicker, but clicks once you can easily get away with this but with ping you can check how long they held and release their mouse for.
other takes: I'm not sure about the manual double clicking, probably in the middle with this one just unfortunate how abused it is. I agree the rules are really messy and we're working on rewriting them.

WAIT IMPORTANT QUESTION, I just got a wr, (33 station trio glitch) only I recorded but im a Mac player so I can't download any thing like a click counter and ik it'll probably get rejected but my friends aren't cheating bc they're mob (ik you can cheat on mob but ye) anyway if it gets rejected please remove the all POV rule it kinda sucks. also one of my friends in the run can't rec otherwise intense lag :( so pls dont reject it :( I can't download anything actually like a double clicker or stuff like that, plus I single click every grab ever
my max cps is like 12 but that is with 2 hands besides
